DIGITAL MOCKUP
The digital mock-up is for approximate positioning of the artwork only. Artwork scaling may not be exact. The mock-up will serve as a visual reference for determining print sizing and placement unless exact measurement preferences are specified by the customer. Please note the display of colors on different monitors/devices can vary dramatically. ForDTG printing and embroidery, exact color matches cannot be made due to the nature of the imprinting methods. For DTG printing specifically, imprints may vary across individual garments and Davie PrintWorks is not liable for the variations in these prints.
CUSTOMER PROVIDED APPAREL
Davie PrintWorks cannot guarantee results on garments and other items supplied by the customer. The items need to be evaluated and tested. Davie PrintWorks is not responsible for replacing customer-provided items in the case of damage or error during the testing or production process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Items may not be refunded or exchanged.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once all details are finalized, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required to get started. The rest due upon delivery. We accept cash or most major credit cards.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we'll notify you in accordance with the procedures set forth in our Privacy Policy.
